Havas insures its heads

Challenge

Havas Argentina wanted to celebrate its 20th birthday by generating news that transcended a traditional anniversary communication.

 

Idea

For an advertising agency the most important asset is its people. And the most important part of its people is its head. Just as Messi, Ronaldo, Gisele Bündchen and Adriana Lima insured parts of their bodies, we proposed Havas to secure the heads of all those who add value to the organization.

 

Solution

In an unprecedented action, the agency secured at $ 20 million the heads of all its employees. Havas became the first company to effectively weigh its talent. The initiative was communicated to employees, customers and media during the celebration of the 20th anniversary party.
