Emi Labs (start up)

Objective

Emi Labs, an Argentine start-up that developed Emi, a platform for the massive selection of jobs through I.A. wanted to communicate a new investment round (USD 2M) and announce the launching of operations in Mexico.

 

Challenge

Utilize the news of the investment to give visibility to Emi, its end-to-end services and the great results for its clients’ HR departments.

In Argentina: To use the news of the investment to give visibility to Emi as a platform - and not simply as a bot - its end-to-end services and positive results in the HR departments of its clients.

In México:  To generate awareness about Emi among local media without any local data provided by the company.

Strategy

In Mexico we focused on the history of the company and how it was selected by Y Combinator - an American startup seed accelerator- to receive USD 2M and its decision to invest it in launching operations in Mexico.

In Argentina we focus on two pillars: 1- the history of the company and its selection process by Y Combinator; 2- We generated our own and local content from the data obtained thanks to the Emi platform, with results that reflect Emi's work during the first year of management in the mass selection.

In both markets we coordinate 1-on-1 meetings with the main business and HR media and the spokesperson, the CEO of the company.

 

Results

+70 repercussions in business and HR media outlets in two weeks. 16 interviews in Mexico and 5 in Argentina. USD 300K in Earned Media.
